WIEUG offers an opportunity for organizations to make connections with their peers on all things Epic and has more than 40 groups that consistently meet to discuss Epic applications, workflows and Epic related regulatory projects that impact Epic applications.  We also have expanded our sessions to include virtual sessions where partners (like yourself) present on topics, participate on panels and actively engage with our membership.  Preferred partners are limited to those organizations who are actively or have had a relationship with at least one WIEUG member organization (or receive special approval from our Executive Committee).

Based on requests from our external partners, we have enabled two levels of sponsorship options that allow our preferred vendors to be known and listed on our member website, within our twice a month newsletter, and attend and lead virtual sessions to showcase their expertise and thought leadership.

• Starting at $500 per year, sponsorship includes having your companies information listed on our organization’s website as a preferred vendor.
• At $1000 per year, you would also be able to attend specific member meetings, lead virtual sessions on topics of your choosing (pursuant to WIEUG approval)  and include an article within one of our organization’s newsletters.

We are only offering this opportunity to specific vendors, so please consider if this is something your organization would like to support. Your contribution supports our virtual and face to face events and, at the Platinum level,  enables us to directly connect you to our membership.
